Study Abroad Withdrawal Form

Please discuss your intent to withdraw with your Study Abroad Program Coordinator prior to submitting this form. Once your decision is final, submit the form below to withdraw from your study abroad program. By completing this form and clicking on the submit button below, you acknowledge the following:

  1. Your withdrawal from your study abroad program is final and irreversible.
  2. The study abroad administrative fee is nonrefundable.
  3. Depending on the timing of your withdrawal, you are responsible for paying a portion of the Study Abroad Program Fee according to the information provided when you accepted your place in this program.

    To submit payment, bring a check or money order made out to “The University of Chicago” to the Study Abroad office in Harper Memorial 203 within 30 days of officially withdrawing from the program. Your name and student number should be written on the check. Late payments will result in restrictions on your account. Please contact with questions regarding payment.
